According to Biz Korea, BTS singer J-Hope has purchased another luxury apartment at AFER Hangang in Yongsan. The report said he bought the penthouse apartment for 12 billion won (approximately US$8.95 million) in cash and another apartment in the basement for 10 billion won (approximately US$7.46 million).
It has been known for some time that he bought a penthouse apartment here. He reportedly completed the property transfer registration in June and purchased the apartment with cash without credit. J-Hope purchased two apartments for 22 billion won (approximately 16.4 million USD) in cash in just one month.
The AFER Han River penthouse has an area of 273.86 square meters, three rooms, and four bathrooms, while the lower floor apartment he purchased has an area of 232.86 square meters, three rooms, and three bathrooms.
J-HOPE also owns two units at Trimage Apartments, which is famous among celebrities. This means that he now owns four luxury homes with a total value of approximately 27 billion won (approximately 20.1 million USD).
Meanwhile, J-HOPE is currently serving in the military and is scheduled to be discharged on October 17th.
